Mrs.Shatrupa Singh
Director
She is a principled and values-driven leader, serving as Director of the Company with a strong focus on ethics, discipline, and operational excellence. A postgraduate from Lucknow University with extensive industry experience, she provides strategic direction through structured planning and well-defined execution.
Her responsibilities encompass procurement of raw and packing materials, vendor development and negotiations, and close coordination between marketing and production to ensure consistent product availability. She is also actively involved in inventory control and reconciliation of finished goods, raw materials, and packing materials, ensuring efficiency and process stability across operations.
Known for her energy, professionalism, and strong negotiation skills, she has established enduring relationships with suppliers across the pharmaceutical industry. Beyond her functional role, she contributes to organizational development by strengthening systems, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
